Our Terms of Service together with our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits members from using their accounts to send unsolicited commercial email, or falsely specifying their accounts as the origin of (or point of contact for) bulk mailings. It is our policy to terminate accounts that are in any way involved with the sending of spam messages.
