United Online has a zero-tolerance policy for spam and Internet abuse. We are committed to protecting our members against unsolicited email, and strictly enforce our Terms of Service.

Our Terms of Service together with our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits members from using their accounts to send unsolicited commercial email, or falsely specifying their accounts as the origin of (or point of contact for) bulk mailings. It is our policy to terminate accounts that are in any way involved with the sending of spam messages.

If you have received any unsolicited message from a Juno/NetZero/BlueLight/emailMyName address, please report it to us by forwarding the email along with its full headers to our Security & Abuse team at:
